The good, the bad and the clueless…
|Good: Troy my contractor, my neighbors and The Heatpump Store (THS). Thursday THS will deliver my ductless heat pump DIY set up. That will move the house light years ahead for heating.
Bad: Home Depot. I called yesterday after a week elapsed since they assured me I’d get a call in three days to pick up the broken door. Not only did they inform me they had already issued the pick-up request and forgot to tell me that, but they showed that as of this week, the replacement order was STARTING its 10 days of “processing.” I reminded them I placed the order a week ago Tuesday, so even by their unacceptable terms, there should only be three days of processing remaining. Nope, Apparently, my calling about their incompetence somehow reset the whole clock on the order.
Clueless: After six days of calling, Frontier finally realized I indeed was a customer. Though the last call took 50 minutes, they only way they could find me was to set up a dummy request to upgrade my service to a higher priced plan….then and only then could the computer find I existed. They cancelled the upgrade and then cancelled the service altogether. The CSR was wise not to ask me if I’d like Frontier service at my new location.
