Showing at Out Aza Blue

HarlequinI am thankful to Chef Gabriel and Chris at OutAzaBlue for showing my art at the restaurant this season. It will be in place into the winter. While it’s there for diners to appreciate, the pieces are for sale–just ask! Framed pieces are printed on metallic paper and they are mostly all from the region. There’s everything from sea stars at the Newport coast to a lavender farm in Yamhill.

If you have not visited OutAzaBlue, you are in for a dining treat. Their website features their ongoing menu, but Chef Gabriel is always shopping the latest markets and this time of year, foraging chanterelle mushrooms for his dishes. They also do a third-Sunday-of-the-month (afternoon) wine pairing dinner. The wine selections are announced maybe a week ahead but the food is left as a most amazing surprise to be discovered when you sit down at the table that afternoon.
